What is included in the admission price?
The entrance fee includes use of the spa and pool, two drinks of your choice (beer, spritz or shandy), unlimited non-alcoholic drinks from the dispensers and an all-you-can-eat buffet during the restaurant’s opening hours.

Bathrobes and slippers are provided at the entrance. However, you can also bring your own if you prefer.

You can decide for yourself whether you want to wear nothing underneath or a swimming costume. Wearing a bathrobe is compulsory when entering the restaurant.
Is the outdoor pool also open in winter?
Yes, the pool is open all year round. In winter, the water is heated to 30°C.
Can I reach the Wellcum by train?
Yes, the nearest railway stations are in Arnoldstein and Villach. These are also connected to the most important railway stations in northern Italy.

How do I get to the club by car?
The fastest route is via the motorway from Udine, the A23, which becomes the A2 in Austrian territory. The exits to get to the club are Tarvisio or Arnoldstein.
Are the motorways in Austria subject to tolls?
Yes, it is necessary to buy the so-called “vignette” for the toll. It costs 9.80 euros and is valid for 10 days on the entire network. If you exit at Tarvisio, you can avoid the toll and reach the club via the motorway.
Is the club always open?
Yes, all year round, with the exception of 24 December.
What languages are spoken at reception?
All the staff at Wellcum speak Italian, English and German.
Can I use my phone in the club?
