01How much does entry to Wellcum cost?
The entry price is 90 euros.
02What is included in the entry price?
The entry price includes use of the SPA and pool, two drinks of your choice (beer, spritz or radler), unlimited non-alcoholic drinks from self-service dispensers, and an all-you-can-eat buffet during restaurant opening hours.
03Can I stay overnight at the club?
The club is adjacent to the partner hotel, which offers 43 rooms. Here is the link to the hotel website.
04Do I need to bring a bathrobe and pool slippers?
A bathrobe and pool slippers are provided at the entrance. However, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
05What should I wear under the bathrobe?
You can decide for yourself whether to wear nothing or a swimsuit. Wearing a bathrobe is mandatory to access the restaurant.
06Is the outdoor pool open in winter too?
Yes, the pool is open all year round. In winter the water is heated to 30°C.
07Can I reach Wellcum by train?
Yes. The nearest train stations are in Arnoldstein and Villach. These are also connected to the main stations in northern Italy.
08Is there a taxi service from the station?
Several taxi services are available 24 hours a day.
09What is the nearest Italian airport?
Venice Airport is the nearest international airport to the club. It is approximately two and a half hours away by car.
10What is the nearest Austrian airport?
The nearest Austrian airport is Klagenfurt.
11How do I get to the club by car?
The fastest route is via the motorway from Udine, the A23, which becomes the A2 in Austria. The exits to reach the club are Tarvisio or Arnoldstein.
12Are Austrian motorways toll roads?
Yes, you need to purchase a "Vignette" toll sticker. It costs €9.80 and is valid for 10 days on the entire network. If you exit at Tarvisio, you avoid the toll and reach the club via the main road.
13Is the club always open?
Yes, all year round, except on 24 December.
14What languages are spoken at reception?
All Wellcum staff speak Italian, English and German.
15Can I use my phone in the club?
No, the use of mobile phones is not permitted in the club. They must be left in the hotel room, in the changing rooms or in the safes.
16How can I meet the girls?
The girls are guests of the club and self-employed workers. Arrangements must be made inside the club; the minimum stay is half an hour.
17Are electronic payments possible?
Electronic payments are only possible for bar and hotel services. Self-employed workers can only be paid in cash.
18Are there medical checks for sex workers in Austria?
Medical checks for sex workers are mandatory and are carried out every six weeks. They include a full examination, particularly with regard to sexually transmitted diseases.
